Hotels and resorts run buffets, à la carte and banqueting together. You can combine fresh fish, frozen stock and shellfish in one scheduled delivery.
Catering companies order around events. Share the event date and guest count, and we confirm what can be prepared in time.
Supermarkets and fish retailers need whole fish in sellable sizes for the counter, plus frozen packs with clear net weights.
Distributors and traders can order frozen products by carton, subject to current stock.

Yield matters. A fillet weighs less than the whole fish it comes from. Your quotation states whether the price is per kg of whole fish or per kg of prepared product, and lists any preparation charge, so your food cost is clear before you order.
Wholesale Seafood Prices, Minimum Orders & Accounts
Your price depends on species, size, condition, quantity, preparation, packaging, delivery area and how often you order.
Fresh fish prices follow the daily market. For that reason, every quotation shows its validity period, and fresh-fish prices are reconfirmed before each delivery. Frozen prices change less often.
Prices are quoted per kg or per carton, with VAT shown separately. Minimum quantities differ by product, and each quotation states the minimum for the items you request.
Supplier documents for procurement teams. For supplier onboarding, we provide a copy of our trade licence and company details, and we issue a VAT invoice with each delivery. Quote your purchase order number and we will add it to the invoice.
Payment. Cash and card on delivery are available. Businesses that order regularly can discuss invoice-based account terms with our wholesale team.
Quality, Handling & Registration
Before dispatch, every wholesale order is checked against what you agreed: species, condition, size and preparation. Fish is checked for clear eyes, bright gills, firm flesh and a clean sea smell. Anything below standard is not packed.
Fresh and chilled seafood is packed and transported chilled, and frozen products stay frozen. The two are handled separately because they need different temperatures. All seafood follows halal handling.
Each order is weighed and labelled with product name and net weight, so your receiving team can check it against the invoice.
A registered UAE business. Dior Fresh Fish trades under a licence issued by the Government of Sharjah, and the certificate is shown on our About Dior Fresh Fish page. We operate from Waterfront Market, Deira, Dubai.

Wholesale orders run on scheduled delivery, separate from our retail express service, so large quantities arrive packed and temperature-controlled.

Standing orders. Set a weekly or twice-weekly order once, then change quantities as your menu or sales change. We confirm availability before every dispatch.
If a species is unavailable because of season or catch, we suggest a similar fish in the same size range. Nothing is substituted without your approval.

- Receive and check. Weigh and inspect on arrival against the invoice.
Something not right? If a size, weight, quantity or package doesn’t match your order, send photos to the wholesale team on WhatsApp while you check the delivery. We review it with you and agree how to resolve it.

It varies by product and delivery area. Your quotation states the minimum for each item you request.
Is the price based on whole weight or fillet weight?
Your quotation states the basis for each item, so you know your cost per kg of usable product.
Can I get the same fish size every week?
Yes, within what the market supplies. If your size range is unavailable, we tell you before dispatch and suggest the closest option.
Can you provide documents for supplier registration?
Yes. We provide our trade licence copy and company details, and we issue VAT invoices with your PO number on request.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi receive scheduled deliveries. Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are available on request.
